These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MealDost software, cloud service and website, operated by Rahul Sharma (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing or using MealDost, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
- MealDost is Windows software that helps dietitians and nutritionists manage clients, build diet plans and create diet charts.
- Your data is stored in your MealDost cloud account. An internet connection is needed to sign in and save changes.
- One account is for one professional. You may install MealDost on more than one computer, but only one device can be active at a time.
2. Free trial
New users can start a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No payment is needed to start the trial, and each account can use the trial once.
3. Subscription and payments
- After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan: ₹499 per month, ₹4,999 per year, or a custom plan agreed with us.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- The monthly plan uses Razorpay AutoPay and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel AutoPay from the app at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will tell you before any price change applies to your plan.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MealDost, share your account, try to bypass licensing or security, copy, resell or redistribute the software or its food database, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Your data and your clients
- You own the client data you enter into MealDost. You can download it at any time from the app.
- You are responsible for getting your clients' consent and for how you use their information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
- MealDost is a professional tool to support you. It does not give medical advice and does not replace your professional judgement.
6. Nutrition information
Nutrition and calorie values in MealDost are calculated from standard food-composition databases (such as IFCT, USDA and INDB). Where a specific brand or product is not identified, they come from typical profiles for that food. These values are estimates for planning purposes, not laboratory measurements of a particular batch of food. You are responsible for reviewing and clinically checking every plan before giving it to a client, especially for medical or therapeutic diets.
7. Availability and updates
We work to keep MealDost available and reliable, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, internet problems or events outside our control. We may update the software to improve it, fix problems or keep it secure.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
MealDost is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of MealDost. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using MealDost at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. Before your account is closed, you can download your data from the app.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
