These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MealDost software and website, operated by Rahul Sharma (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using MealDost, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MealDost is desktop software for dietitians and nutritionists to manage clients, build diet plans, and generate diet charts, with optional cloud sync across devices.

2. Free trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No payment is required to start the trial.

3. Subscription & payments

• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (₹499 per month, or a custom annual/lifetime plan).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the software, attempt to bypass licensing or security, resell or redistribute it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your data and clients

• You retain ownership of the client data you enter into MealDost.
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from your clients and for how you use their information.
• MealDost is a professional tool to assist you; it does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for your professional judgment.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of MealDost. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
